Shoulda Coulda Woulda
This message confronts us with a liberating truth: our past mistakes, poor decisions, and failures do not define who we are in Christ. Drawing from Philippians 3:13-14, we're reminded that Christianity is an upward call, not a sideways journey. The apostle Paul urges us to forget what lies behind and strain toward what lies ahead, pressing on toward the prize of our calling in Christ Jesus. This isn't about ignoring our history, but about refusing to make decisions based on who we were yesterday. When we became new creations in Christ, we received a new identity as children of the Most High God, joint heirs with Jesus to the kingdom. The challenge before us is profound: will we continue circling back to the same patterns because we're still operating from our old identity, or will we make decisions based on who we are today in Christ? The message also addresses our current prophetic moment, with AI advancement and shifting world orders reminding us that time is short. Yet even as darkness increases, we're called to shine as lights in a crooked generation, holding fast to the word of life without grumbling or complaining. God has plans for us that are far greater than anything we could plan for ourselves, and He's doing a new thing even now. Our calling is to stay alert, remain grounded in the Word, and prepare spiritually for what's ahead, trusting that the same God who delivered Israel through the Red Sea will make a way for us through whatever wilderness we face.
