The Light Cannot Be Hidden
Reading: Matthew 5:14-16; Mark 4:21-25
Devotional: Jesus declared you are the light of the world—not that you should become one. The light already dwells within you through the Holy Spirit. But a hidden light serves no purpose. Are you concealing your faith, keeping your testimony private, hiding your gifts under a basket of fear or insecurity? Jesus warns that what you hide will be taken away. Your light exists to illuminate dark places—your workplace, your neighborhood, your family. Someone today needs to see Christ reflected in you. The fragments of your faith—the testimonies, the changed life, the joy unexplainable—these are breadcrumbs leading others to Jesus. Don't let spiritual obesity keep you full while others starve. Share what God has given you, and watch Him multiply it back to you.
