Daily Bread, Daily Dependence
Reading: Exodus 16:11-21
Devotional: The Israelites received manna daily—just enough for each day, teaching them radical dependence on God's provision. When they tried hoarding it, it rotted. Jesus is our daily bread, and we must feed on Him continually through His Word. Yesterday's revelation won't sustain today's battles. Are you living on stale manna, relying on past encounters with God rather than seeking Him fresh each morning? God wants to teach you to trust Him for today's provision before He releases tomorrow's promises. If you're not faithful with His daily provision, how can He trust you with His eternal promises? Develop the discipline of seeking God's face every single day, expecting fresh bread from heaven for your soul.
