The Testimony of Transformation
Reading: Mark 5:1-20; John 4:28-30
Devotional: The demoniac in the graveyard and the woman at the well had something in common: dramatic encounters with Jesus that compelled them to testify. Jesus didn't send His trained disciples to evangelize; He sent transformed nobodies. You don't need seminary training to share what Christ has done for you. Your testimony is your credential. If you've been changed, you have something to shout about. The woman left her water jar and ran to tell her city. The delivered man proclaimed throughout ten cities. Their enthusiasm came from genuine transformation, not obligation. Has Christ changed you? Then tell someone. Your authentic story of redemption carries more power than polished theology without passion.
